The prescribed non transferable tender documents are obtainable on any working day from the office of the undersigned on production of Cash receipt on all working day between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM from 10.03.2015 to 16.03.2015. Cost of tenders documents shall be paid in form of cash to Sr. Cashier (GM office), Piparwar Area between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM on aforesaid dates except on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon.Tender documents can also be purchased by depositing the application fee in the form of Bank Draft of any nationalized Bank/ Scheduled Bank in favour of Central Coalfields limited , Piparwar Area payable at Ranchi or PNB Bachra. The tender documents will also be available on our website www.ccl.gov.in/www.tenders.gov.in/ CPP Portal eprocure .gov.in and any tenderer who desires to download the tender documents from website & submit the tender on due date and time may do so within the sale period of tender document subject to the condition that they will deposit the application fee (cost of tender paper) through Bank Draft in favour of CCL, Piparwar area payable at PNB, Bachra / SBI, Ranchi and an undertaking as per annexure XII of detail Tender Documents that they will accept the Tender document as available in the website and their tender shall be rejected if any tempering in the tender document is found to be done at the time of opening of tender. The Bank Draft towards the cost of application fee should be prepared within the sale period of tender document and should be submitted alongwith the undertaking of the tender in a separate envelop marked “Cost of Tender Documents and the undertaking” and not with part I / EMD. The tender accompanied with earnest money & other credentials will be received in the tender Box kept in the office of the Area Security Officer within the premises of Chief General Manager’s office, Piparwar Area & office of the G.M ( Civil) CCL HQ Ranchi up to 12.00 Noon on 18.03.2015 Part- I of the tender will be opened in the office of the undersigned on 20.03.2015 at 12:30 PM. The Earnest Money in the shape of Demand Draft or Banker’s cheque (issued from any nationalized Bank ) in favour of CCL Piparwar Area payable at P.N.B., Bachra / S.B.I. main Branch Ranchi should be deposited with Sr. Cashier, CGM office & Cash Receipt So obtained be submitted with tender. However, only in case of downloaded tender, DD etc. can be submitted directly. The tender without requisite earnest money will be rejected outrightly.
