The detailed tender documents along with B.O.Q. (Non-transferable) can be had from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs.114.00 (Rupees one hundred fourteen only) (including 14 % VAT) (non-refundable) during working hours on any working day from 16.03.2015 to 26.03.2015. The cost of tender documents shall be deposited, in cash, with the Chief Cashier, NCL Bina Project, from 10.00AM to 1.00PM on any working day except Sunday/Holiday and upto 12.00 Noon on Saturday. Tenders must be submitted in 2 (Two) parts as specified in tender document in the Office of the Dy.General Manager (E&M), Bina Project upto 11.00 AM on 27.03.2015 .Part-I of the Tenders will be opened on same days in the office of the Dy.General Manager(E&M), Bina Project at 4.00 PM. The date & time of opening of Part-II of the tender, (i.e. Price-bids) shall be communicated in due course to the qualified and techno-commercially acceptable bidders only. Rate offered in part II (rate part) should be valid for 120 days from the opening of part I of the tender. The Company does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever and to split up the work between two or more tenderers or accept the tender in part and not in its entirety.
