1 Duration of Rate contract One year from the date of finalization of Tender/letter of award. May be
extended for further one year on satisfactory performance at the discretion of

3 Earnest Money Deposit(EMD) Rs 25,000/-
4 Security Deposit (SD) Rs 25,000/-
5 Cost of Tender Form Rs 0/-(Free of cost)
6 Date of Issue of Tender Form 05.03.2014 to 26.03.2014
On all working days between 9.00am to 1.00pm, from the Medical Stores Division of the Hospital or can be downloaded from website of ESIC “www.esic.in”
7 Last due Date and Time of submission of completely filled Tender application.

9 Date and Time of opening of Financial Bid * Will be intimated later to the qualified Tenderers by
Speed Post/e-mail/Telephone
NB: In case the * marked date(s) will be declared to be holiday for any reason, the activity will be held
on the immediate next full working day (Monday to Friday)at the same time and place. Selection of the Tender will be at the sole discretion of the Medical Superintendent, who reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the proposals without assigning any reason. Incomplete Tender will be summarily rejected.
