NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR MANAGEMENT OF UNIVERSITY GUEST HOUSE, UNIVERSITY OF HYDERABAD TENDER NOTICE

The University of Hyderabad invites Tenders in sealed covers from reputed parties for housekeeping,
catering, and maintenance of Guest House initially for a period of two years.
The Tender documents can be obtained from the Office of the Deputy Registrar (Estate), UoH,
Hyderabad w.e.f. July, 2015 on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Nonrefundable) by means of Demand Draft
drawn in favor of the “The Finance Officer, University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad”.
The Tender form may also be downloaded from university website www.uohyd.ac.in and enclose a
Demand Draft for Rs.1,000/- (Nonrefundable) as tender schedule cost with the tender submission.
The last date for submission of Tenders along with all documents and EMD in the form of Demand
Draft for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) drawn on any Scheduled Bank in favour of
“The Finance Officer, University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad” is 29th July, 2015, 3.00 P.M.
Interested parties may personally visit the Guest House (10.00 A.M. – 4.00 P.M. between 9th July,
2015 to 24th July, 2015 on any working day) before submitting their Tender. Interested parties are
advised to study the Tender document carefully. Submission of tender shall be deemed to have been
done after careful study and examination of the Tender documents with full understanding of tender
terms. The tender should be submitted in the Office of the Deputy Registrar (Estate) before the due
date and will be opened on the last date at 4.00 P.M.
