Sealed quotations are invited from reputed manufacturers/authorized dealers/vendors for supply,
installation & commissioning of following equipment required for the Research Project of Dr. S.Baruah,
Department of Molecular Biology & Biotechnology, Tezpur University.
Multimode Reader
Specification:
1. Multimode cuvette and plate reader
2. Should have detection modes for absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence
3. Should have high Sensitivity and Accuracy.
4. Should have both top and bottom reading options.
5. Should also have the ability to choose between top and bottom reading of the multiwell plate.
6. Well and spectral scanning ability should be there.
7. Wavelength selection by monochromator
8. 6-384 well plate format compatible.
9. Should be able to read over range of wavelengths (FL 250 - 850, Abs 200 – 1000), low bandwidth
10. Should have multiple read modes ( end point/kinetic/spectral)
11. Should have high reading speed and ability to read low volumes
12. Should have Orbital shaking capacity and temperature control.
13. Capacity to perform biochemical and cell based assays
