Applications are invited for issue of Quotations from Engineering firms and registered Contractors for prequalification of the following works at University of Hyderabad.

2 Procurement of Toyama make modular type switches, sockets and fan dimmer for Ladies Hostels VII & VIII, Mens hostels J, K and I in South Campus: Estimated Cost in Rupees 46975

Terms & Conditions: 1. Quotations will be issued to the contractors on production of (1) Income Tax Permanent Account Number (PAN) (2) Valid Registration Certificate (3) V A T Certificate (4) Experience Certificate (s) from appropriate authorities. 2. In respect of electrical works, the tenderers are required strictly valid ‘A’ Grade License issued by the Chief Electrical Inspectorate and furnish a copy thereof. 3. Tender documents will be issued to the Manufacturers/Contractors/Service Dealers on production of proof from the appropriate authorities. 4. University reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof, for satisfactory as per the requirement. 5. Further, details can be had from the Office of the University Engineer, University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad – 500 046 during working hours i.e., 9.00 is to 5.30 pm on all working days.
