Sub: Procurement of CO2 Incubator
Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, an Institute of national Importance, invites sealed bids from principle manufacturers or their authorized distributors (foreign firms or their Indian representative companies), who have adequate credential for procurement of "CO2 Incubator" for Advanced Technology Development Centre, IIT Kharagpur, India. Interested parties may submit their sealed bids under Two-cover system as per Technical Specifications given at Annexure I, and General Terms & Conditions given at Annexure II. A Check list and Compliance statement against each item of Annexure I shall also be submitted. Kindly refer to the Institute website www.iitkgp.ac.in [link: tenders & quotations] for complete tender details. Parties who are not enlisted with the Institute are also required to submit Form R1 along with the tender. The tender be sent in a sealed packet, containing two separate sealed envelopes (one each for Technical Bid and Price Bid) duly superscripted with Enquiry no. IIT/ATDC/ENQ/SD/88/2014- 15, to the office of the Head, Advanced Technology Development Centre, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, P.O.
