I am directed to request you to provide the rates/quotations of above-mentioned wooden box for the urgent requirement of this Hospital as per the specification given above. You are further, requested to have a look of the approved sample, which is placed at Ward No. 12(Nursing Station), GB Pant Hospital, New Delhi. The rates (exclusive of tax) to be submitted in sealed envelope super-scribed as “ LTE for Procurement of Wooden racks” in favour of “medical Superintendent “, room No. 37, ‘A’ Block, G.B. pant Hospital on or before 17.09.2010 (1:00P.M.) positively.
